I took Jonathan, a retired rower based in Hong Kong, to the Christmas carol at the Sons of the Thames rowing club. At 6' 1", Jonathan was quite tall for a bow. He quit rowing after eight years because he "hates it". "I hate coxes," he said when we first met in Singapore. "They shout at you and make you row even when you're really tired at the end of the race." We became friends, naturally. Lens: 18 mm-70 mm. ISO 1600. White balance: automatic and cloudy. Home  Coxing
